If you would like to translate into another language, go ahead! You do not need to ask.
To find volumes 1-10, you can go to your local bookstore or Amazon and find the ones published in English by Viz. Or you can go to mangafox, of course. (Sorry, Viz. I would like you better if you had actually completed the series.)
You can upload these to any site you feel like. I just want people to be able to read them.
